Your designated real estate expert/consultant will work with you 1 on 1 throughout the process of estimating and budgeting your project.
Property Selection & Acquisition
At this stage, you will be referred to one of our licensed real estate agents in your selected market that will work with you in selecting your next property. Once a property is selected, we will also arrange a meeting with a licensed broker in the area to assist with obtaining a loan for the project.
Design, Floor Plans & Submission
Once a property is purchased, all the fun begins. At this stage, our design team will work with you on the floor plans, creating outstanding designs that will align with your imagination. Once the floor plans and designs are complete, our team will submit the plans for approval at the local Department of Building and Safety.
Remodel, Scheduling, QC & Sub Management
The entire remodel and construction process will be managed by your designated real estate consultant, freeing you from all potential headaches that may be associated with this process. The consultant will schedule the CG and all subcontractors, manage oversea the progress of the project, perform QC and meet with city inspectors as necessary.
